HR Generalist (Contract)
Job description
Our client is a multinational firm based in Subang Jaya who is looking for a HR Generalist to support the administrative and operational tasks within the Human Resources department.
Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Advise and assist managers on interpretation and administration of HR policies and program.
- Support managers on various HR tools and processes. (E.g. performance management, career development, HR audit, disciplinary action, onboarding/offboarding process)
- Work with various stakeholders to identify and participate in internal/external continuous improvement initiatives.
HR Administration
- Prepare monthly payroll data to vendor, validate the payroll report to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Work closely with vendor on relocation process, including FKW projection, visa application/cancelation, lease renewal, tax clearance, settling in and preparation of documents for these processes.
- Prepare relevant HR reports to the business/managers.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate training sessions and logistics requirement.
- Manage the HRDF submission and updating training record.
Employee Motivation and Engagement
- Act as a contact point for employees on HR related queries and dedicate face time to ensure employee support through interaction/feedback.
- Actively involved in employee engagement and HR communication activities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the onboarding process, including work with stakeholders on pending items for new joiners, and conduct orientation for new joiners.
- Manage all recruitment and onboarding related documentations.
- Actively participate in all campus relations and recruitment activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2-5 years of HR experience
- Proficiency in SAP and Workday is preferred
