HR & Admin Manager (Seri Kembangan)

Job description

Our client is a regional distributor specializing in high-quality specialty chemicals and raw materials, serving industries such as personal care, food & beverage, and home care.

  • Set up and lead the HR department from the ground up.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and training frameworks.
  • Manage and tighten HR processes, ensuring alignment with ISO and HSP/OHSAS standards.
  • Process monthly payroll for all employees, including overtime, allowances, and deductions.
  • Handle recruitment, training, and employee relations matters.
  • Partner closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership to support business needs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in start-up enviroment.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and compliance standards (ISO, HSP/OHSAS).
  • Excellent communication and a people person.
