HR Advisor

Job description

Our client is a prestigious firm with a global presence that is looking for a HR Advisor to lead HR operations in Malaysia; for approximately 60 employees.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and manage the HR Department to achieve departmental objectives
  • Provide input on business unit restructures and workforce planning to support business growth and needs
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and ensure the company is compliant with documents, policies and decisions
  • Assess training needs for leadership development
  • Organise employee programs and activities to promote and increase employee engagement, performance, retention and learning environment
  • Assist management in handling employee grievances and disciplinary problems effectively
  • Provide talent and performance management guidance to management to ensure high performance

Requirements

  • At least Bachelor Degree in any field
  • At least 5-8 years of HR generalist experience
  • Ability to excel in fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in global mobility is an added advantage
