Head of HRIS (SAP)

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HRIS team in the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR systems, including SAP HCM.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze HR processes and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Manage HRIS-related projects, including new integrations and system transformations.
  • Drive change initiatives to enhance HRIS capabilities and efficiency across SEA.


Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of experience in HRIS management, particularly with SAP HCM.
  • Experience in SAP system implementation and transformation.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP HRIS configuration, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
