Customer Service Specialist (APAC)

Job description

My client:

My client is a leading name in robotics automation in the country with a global presence in the APAC region and beyond. They specialise in the manufacturing and supply of robotic arms for use in a wide-variety of industries like automotive and electronics. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to cover the APAC region (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, India & Australia).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategy for their extensive line of after sales products and services across the assigned countries.
  • Drive roll out of global products across assigned countries.
  • Identify and build new business opportunities to increase market share.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Technical knowledge and sales experience in Robotics & Automation
  • Strong presentation, sales, and negotiation techniques
  • Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal. Mandarin is a bonus.
