Customer Service

This position will be a part of a newly formed team in Malaysia for an MNC company from Hong Kong. In this position you will be responsible to help the clients customers redirecting customer calls to L1, L2 Service agents

This position would require somebody who is familiar with the following

  • Inbound calls
  • Handling ticketing systems
  • Able to speak Mandarin speaking (Position will required you to work with the Hong Kong and Singaporean market)

This position would be able to provide the following benefits
