Costing Manager/Plant Cost Controller

This company is a multinational corporation in the Manufacturing industry with a wide range of products and services. They have grown from strength to strength in recent years and is well-known for their world class innovation. Due to expansion and recent changes in the team, they are looking for a Costing Manager or Plant Cost Controller to join their esteemed team.

Key Responsibilities
Due to the lean structure of the team, you will be a sole contributor reporting to the Head of Department. You will be handling product costing, pricing, analysis of variances and business partner with the Manufacturing and Operations team. You will also support on month-end closing, reporting to regional office and audits. In addition to these, you will also be involved in stock take, inventory management, project management related to process improvement and participate in managing feasibility studies.

Skills and Experience Required
This role requires applicants to have at least 8 years experience in Finance and Accounting and at least 5 years in a Costing or Supply Chain Finance role in the Manufacturing industry. You will also need to have at least a Degree in Finance/Accounting. This role requires candidates who are mature, independent, hands on and skilled in product costing.
