Compensation and Benefits Manager

Job description

  • Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that align with the company's goals and industry benchmarks.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market surveys and analyses to ensure competitiveness of compensation packages.
  • Salary Structure Management: Maintain and update salary structures and job evaluations to ensure fairness and equity.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • With at least 5 years experience in compensation and benefits management
  • Strong knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
