Job description
- Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that align with the company's goals and industry benchmarks.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market surveys and analyses to ensure competitiveness of compensation packages.
- Salary Structure Management: Maintain and update salary structures and job evaluations to ensure fairness and equity.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- With at least 5 years experience in compensation and benefits management
- Strong knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
