Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Handling payroll related matters for the organisation.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, maintenance, and communication.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Manage performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management best practices.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • Support HR reporting and analytics activities to track key HR metrics and trends.
  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
