This is a company in the Food Manufacturing and Trading industry based in Sungai Buloh well-known in this region for their well-loved products. Market demands for their products have grown consistently over the years and this is a testament to their promise to supply high-quality products to consumers. They are now looking for an experienced CFO to join their team.

Job Responsibilities
In your role as the CFO, you will report to the Managing Director and manage the Finance team. This role is fully on-site and will oversee the day-to-day Finance & Accounting operations to ensure smooth and timely Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting and Strategic Planning. Aside from managing and overseeing this department on a full spectrum basis, your role will also involve building the capabilities of the finance team to prepare the next-in-line and future leaders of the company. There is also the opportunity to spearhead process improvement and automation initiatives to improve overall efficiency in reporting and accounting.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 20 years experience within Finance and Accounting and a minimum of Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a membership with a professional accounting body. You should also have manufacturing experience and have been in a people management role for at least 15 years. This role requires candidates to possess strong coaching and people development skill, as well as good interpersonal skill and the ability to streamline work flow and drive process improvement plans.
