Call center - Service desk

This position will be supporting Australian customers to navigating the clients website to assist with issues such as booking appointment, refilling of subscriptions and general information.

This position will require

  • Prior experience handling Australian customers in a contact center environments
  • Ability to handle Omni channel support such as, inbound calls and live chats
  • Experience deescalating irate/hostile customers.
