Assistant HR Manager, SEA

Job description

Our client is a global business with 18 offices across various regions and is looking for a HR Generalist to lead HR operations for South East Asia. This position will be based at their office in KL (downtown KL) and will be on a hybrid work arrangement after the probation period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR including but not limited to recruitment, training and development, employee relations and compensation and benefits for SEA countries
  • Design, assess and review relevant HR policies and procedures in accordance to business direction and compliance.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle and perform adhoc tasks and projects when necessary as an individual contributor

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 8 years of HR Generalist experience in a MNC environment
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
