My Background

I graduated with a degree in Accounting and Finance from RMIT University in Australia and began my career in internal audit at a bank. While the role provided a solid foundation in risk, controls, and financial governance, I quickly realised that something was missing — the human connection. I’ve always been someone who thrives in people-centric environments, and I found myself wanting more than just numbers on a page. When I came across recruitment consulting, something clicked. It combined the strategic thinking from my finance background with the relationship-building and problem-solving I genuinely enjoy.

Fast forward to today, I’ve spent over three years in recruitment, and it’s been an incredibly fulfilling journey. I’ve had the privilege of partnering with a wide range of clients and candidates, many of whom have described me as passionate, hardworking, and committed to understanding and meeting their needs. Whether it's helping someone land their dream role or supporting a business in building a high-performing team, I bring energy, integrity, and a results-driven mindset to every conversation. I see recruitment not just as a job, but as a meaningful way to make a difference in people’s lives and careers, and that’s what keeps me motivated every day.

Roles I Recruit For

I specialise in recruiting mid-to-senior accounting and finance professionals within the commerce and industry sector. The typical roles that I recruit for include general finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, revenue management, tax, treasury, audit, and compliance. I partner with multinational corporations, local conglomerates, and SMEs across a variety of industries.
