FP&A Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes
  • Partner with business units to develop financial models and scenario analyses
  • Deliver timely and accurate management reporting, including variance analysis against budget and prior periods
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and board reporting materials
  • Analyze revenue trends, cost drivers, margins, and profitability by product, customer, or region
  • Support strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment appraisals
  • Monitor KPIs and provide insights to improve financial and operational performance
  • Collaborate with accounting team to ensure alignment between management reporting and financial statements
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting automation, and system enhancements
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis for senior management decision-making

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent) is preferred
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
  • Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
