VP, Process Improvement (Banking)

Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Project lead in business process reengineering or process redesigning using tools such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Data analytics , SCRUM etc.
  • Coordinate with different departments within the organization to ensure successful implementation of initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reducing costs
  • Analyze data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive process and digital transformation strategies to improve customer experience and organizational effectiveness.


Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields of study.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting / MNC/ financial services.
  • Proven experience in Business Process Re-engineering, process innovation, process modelling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical skills and people management.
  • Certified Scrum Master, PMP, Six Sigma would be an added advantage.
