Vietnamese Speaker - Procurement Operations

Job description

Our client is a renowned MNC in it's respective industries. Expanding the Shared Services team of Procurement professionals, they are looking for a Vietnamese speaker as an addition to their Procurement Operations team.

As a Procurement Officer (VN Speaker), your responsibilities include:

  • Daily processing of purchase requisitions and creation of purchase orders

  • Ensure the operation of a streamlined buying channel selection through upkeep of Vendor Master Data and Material Master Data not limited to creation, modifying, extensions

  • Handle price maintenence not limited to info records, outlined agreements and sourcing lists within the ERP system

  • Analyzing and processing invoice discrepancies and work with relevant parties to problem solve

  • Engage relevant stakeholders for variance analysis including documenting and identifying process/system gaps, supporting change management activities as part of continuous improvement activities

  • Ability to work closely and remotely with cross functional teams and stakeholders

The Right Candidate will possess:

  • Native level proficiency in Vietnamese and English

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experienve in Procurement related functions

  • Experience with SRM/ERP tools - Oracle/SAP

  • Good analytical skills and eye for detail
