US/ Normal Shift OTC Customer Service Specialist (SAP)

A leading manufacturing multinational corporation. With a 30 billion USD worldwide market, it is looking to expand its Malaysia shared services center and hire Order Management/ Sales Support Analyst talents. There are junior up to senior positions available across the function.


  • Handle incoming queries, incidents, change request in the areas of OTC, SAP
  • US Shift hours: 8:30pm - 5am Time varies due to daylight saving, shift hours may change depending on management directions.
  • Being the fist line of business support person, handling tickets, chats, emails and calls by internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and confirm customer orders in a timely manner, actively monitor outstanding orders, and proactively manage customer expectations.
  • Send shipping instruction and complete shipping documents to logistics service providers (LSP) or customers to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
  • All requests should be processed according to the established work instruction and process definition guideline, accuracy and the completeness of the creation/change request processed should be ensured.
  • Recognizes and solves typical problems within team or work collaboratively with other teams to resolve issue affection cash collection/revenue recognition or raise issues that may impact the customer satisfaction.
  • Support the delivery of service levels and KPI targets.
  • Actively support or participate with any project related to system enhancement, process improvement for order management with influence on accuracy, efficiency, and compliant order management process.
  • Undertake other tasks that may be assigned from time to time, as required by Company Management.


  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering or any professional qualification.
  • Candidates with at least 1 years of experience in SAP, Oracle or ERP system will be prioritised.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Specific entities encourage language speakers to apply, e.g. Mandarin, Japanese speakers, Korean or any European Language Speakers.
