UIUX Product Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and establish requirements based on user preferences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize feature implementation.
• Develop interactive prototypes for testing and refine designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate with global UI/UX Designers to maintain design standards.
• Evaluate solution impacts for continuous enhancements.
• Guide workshops and foster design thinking for design-focused teams.
  
  
  
  Desired Qualifications:
• Holds a degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related discipline.
• Brings 3+ years of UX Design experience, preferably in product context.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, and InVision.
• Knowledgeable in user-centered design and workshop techniques.
• Effective communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Agile environment familiarity.
• Business Analyst or Product Owner background is advantageous.
• Web design experience is a plus.
