Transport Manager (MYSG)

Job description

A leading logistics service provider is seeking a Transport Manager to lead its land transport and trucking operations, with a strong focus on Malaysia-Singapore cross-border movements, cost control, and P&L ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily trucking and land transport operations, including MY-SG cross-border flows.

  • Own the P&L for the transport function, driving cost control and profitability.

  • Lead and develop transport operations teams, including fleet, drivers, and 3rd party vendors.

  • Improve service levels, productivity, and cost per trip.

  • Work closely with warehouse, commercial, and customer teams.

Requirements

  • Solid years' experience in transport, trucking, or 3PL logistics.

  • Strong MY-SG cross-border trucking experience.

  • Proven experience in P&L and cost management.

  • Experience managing fleets, drivers, and vendors.

  • Well-versed in TMS sytem.
