I started my recruitment career on the agency side, specialising in supply chain, procurement, and logistics roles across Malaysia. Over the years, I’ve partnered with FMCG, manufacturing, and logistics organisations to hire talent ranging from planners to senior supply chain leaders. I later moved in-house with a leading regional logistics company, where I managed hiring across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines. This experience gave me a clear understanding of what hiring managers truly need to build efficient, high-performing teams.

I joined Ambition to return to a specialist, high-performance environment where recruitment is done with intention and accuracy, not just speed. Having worked both agency and in-house, I understand both sides of the hiring table, which helps streamline processes and avoid the usual bottlenecks. My goal is to be the go-to recruiter for supply chain and engineering roles, making hiring smoother and far less stressful for everyone involved.

Outside of Ambition

Outside of work, I stay active so I don’t end up thinking about recruitment 24/7. I run, play pickleball, and I’m usually training for a race of some sort. I’m also a big fan of fashion and personal style. So yes, I spend too much time figuring out how to look “effortlessly” put together. When I’m not doing any of that, you’ll likely find me hunting for great coffee, planning my next trip, or keeping up with the Premier League and F1.
