Trade Finance Operations

Job Description:

  • Efficiently manage and process a wide range of trade finance transactions, including Letters of Credit (LC), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), Documentary Collections, and Trade Loans.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution in compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and international trade finance rules such as UCP 600 and ISBP.
  • Conduct thorough verification of trade documents to ensure completeness and adherence to governing regulations.
  • Collaborate with counterparties and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries and operational issues, ensuring smooth transaction flow.
  • Maintain precise records of all trade finance activities, including daily reconciliation and audit readiness.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and ensure seamless trade finance operations.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in Trade Finance Operations.
  • Solid knowledge of UCP 600, ISBP, URC, URR, and Incoterms.
  • Familiar with AML/CFT guidelines for trade finance.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator and team player, able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CDCS, CITF, CSDG) are an advantage.
