Third-Party Risk Management and Outsourcing - Lead
Job description
We are representing a well-established Financial Services in its search for an experienced Third-Party Risk Management Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to a robust risk and governance function.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and conduct third-party risk assessments, including due diligence and onboarding processes for vendors and service providers.
Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Information Security teams to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
Enhance and maintain the third-party risk management framework, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor regulatory developments and provide subject matter guidance across the business.
Support regulatory audits and internal reviews, including preparation of risk reporting for senior leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 12 years' experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Vendor Risk, Operational Risk, or a related risk function.
Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and governance frameworks within a financial services or regulated environment.
Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies, and influencing stakeholders.
