Third-Party Risk Management and Outsourcing - Lead

We are representing a well-established Financial Services in its search for an experienced Third-Party Risk Management Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to a robust risk and governance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and conduct third-party risk assessments, including due diligence and onboarding processes for vendors and service providers.

• Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Information Security teams to identify and mitigate risks effectively.

• Enhance and maintain the third-party risk management framework, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor regulatory developments and provide subject matter guidance across the business.

• Support regulatory audits and internal reviews, including preparation of risk reporting for senior leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 12 years' experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Vendor Risk, Operational Risk, or a related risk function.

• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and governance frameworks within a financial services or regulated environment.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies, and influencing stakeholders.
