Test Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

Job description

Our client is a global electronics manufacturer experiencing strong demand across its product lines. To support growth, they are seeking a Test Process Engineer to strengthen manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily production and resolve test-related issues.

  • Improve process efficiency, yield, and equipment performance.

  • Lead improvement projects (quality, cost, new product ramp, etc.).

  • Execute equipment startup, trials, and process experiments.

  • Analyse data and troubleshoot systematic issues.

Profile

  • Min. 3 years of Test or Post-Test process engineering experience in semiconductors or similar.

  • Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

  • Solid knowledge in SPC, engineering change control, and process release.

  • Open to Malaysian-based candidates only; visa sponsorship not available.
