Test Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day production/test operations and meet key performance metrics

• Lead capacity expansion while maintaining cost, quality, and delivery targets

• Optimize space, resources, and manpower for scalable growth

• Drive yield and quality improvements via data analysis and process optimization

• Implement automation initiatives and upgrade legacy equipment

• Plan long-term equipment strategies aligned with business needs

• Ensure preventive maintenance and equipment uptime

• Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Lead cross-functional improvement projects and digital transformation efforts

Skills & Experience Required:

• Degree in Engineering; Master's preferred

• 15+ years in manufacturing, with 10+ in operations/test leadership

• Strong background in yield, cost, and automation improvements

• Familiarity with test platforms (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest)

• Proficient in FMEA, DOE, SPC, Lean/Six Sigma (Black Belt a plus)

• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
