Territory Sales Manager

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Combination of new customer acquisition and key account management.
  • Drive growth and retention with acquired customers and key accounts.
  • Development of effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Sales pipeline management through the utilization of CRM and forecasting.
  • Work with marketing on product launches, exhibitions, road shows, campaigns, social media and relevant events.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Tertiary education in any field, Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering is highly advantageous.
  • 5 - 8 years of sales experience within building materials.
  • Experienced in dealing with customers such as property developers, contractors, and architect firms.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills for business presentations and contract negotiations.
