Technology Sourcing Lead (Telco)

Job Description:

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with division objectives
Manage vendor selection, negotiations, contracts, and long-term relationships
Drive cost reduction initiatives, analyze pricing models, and implement cost-effective strategies.
Lead contract negotiations, review legal terms, and ensure compliance with agreements.
Evaluate supplier performance, establish KPIs, and provide feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
Stay updated with industry trends, conduct market research, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Lead and develop a high-performing sourcing team, set objectives, and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or Business.
10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
In-depth knowledge of the technology and network industry, including emerging technologies and regulatory requirements.
Extensive experience in contract negotiation and legal/commercial terms within technogy and network-related agreements.
Strong financial acumen for cost analysis and total cost of ownership evaluation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and alignment.
Strategic thinking, continuous learning mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
