Technical Project Manager (Financial Crime)

Lead agile project delivery, balancing quality, cost, and timelines.
Act as Scrum Master or guide team leads in applying agile practices.
Provide regular project updates to internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with clients to shape project scope and statements of work.
Strengthen delivery methods by working with other project managers.
Mentor and upskill technical leads to improve delivery performance.
Produce project documentation, estimates, and commercial materials.
Ensure systems delivered are stable, scalable, and meet operational standards.
Work independently while escalating issues or engaging wider teams when necessary.

Strong project management and leadership skills with focus on agile delivery.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address client challenges.
Strong communication skills with experience in dynamic client environments.
Skilled in technical documentation, planning, and estimation.
Solid understanding of delivering stable, high-quality systems across development, release, and operations.
Experience in complex, data-driven projects across industries (financial services, government, telco preferred).
Familiarity with agile practices, especially Scrum.
Willingness to travel internationally on short to medium assignments.
