Technical Lead (Java)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end software development lifecycle and support.
• Work closely with the developers, BA, deployments, Infra and vendor teams.
• Manage the project technical delivery and quality assurance by apply standards and industry frameworks while leverage existing technologies and tools in the Bank.
• Manage, address and resolve project-related technical issues in a timely fashion, ensuring necessary escalation and communication to stakeholders as necessary

Qualification:

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in implementing and operating large-scale and complex mission-critical solutions:

• Strong technical knowledge (prior hands-on) on Java with development and project delivery experience.
• Extensive deliveries in mobile and frontend (React) projects.
• Experience in Agile delivery (SCRUM).
• Experienced managing team size between 15 and 40.
