Technical Delivery Manager , Cards

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for technical resolutions and managing incident, problem, and knowledge management processes.
  • Coordinating with 3rd party vendors/partners for application fixes, delivery, and code deployment.
  • Providing timely updates and reports to management.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to manage and prioritize work against team capacity.
  • Providing technical leadership and enforcing quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Mainframe, Cardlink/VisionPlus, Cobol, CICS, JCL, Web servers, Java platform, service-oriented technologies, and large-scale application implementation.
  • Good understanding of the software development cycle.
  • Over 9 years of experience in developing and delivering global/regional Cards solutions for multinational/regional companies with annual budgetary responsibilities.
  • Over 5 years of leadership experience managing IT Cards delivery teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge in the Cards domain (e.g., Cardlink), mainframe (CICS/Cobol), collection system (e.g., CACS), 3D Secure application (e.g., 2C2P), Cards API, Loyalty & rewards (e.g., One Empower app).
  • Hands-on experience leading Cards Migration delivery (e.g., VisionPlus, Cardlink, Loyalty & Rewards app, CACS).
