Technical Delivery Manager (As400)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan technical deliverables, including system enhancements and upgrades, to meet project requirements within the allocated budget.
• Close collaboration and engagement with stakeholders across the entire project lifecycle, spanning from project initiation and analysis to design, development, testing, and post-deployment phases.
• Collaborate with the Test Manager to ensure the completion of SIT, UAT testing, performance/load testing, and application security testing with high-quality results.
• Coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure a smooth production cutover and adequate post-implementation support.

Job Requirements:

• At least 9 years of experience in relevant Banking/Information Technology.
• System knowledge in Host Integration.
• Strong team management and communication skills to handle technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Technical expertise in AS400/DB2 architecture, RPG programming, and ALDON.
• Experience in end-to-end SDLC and system delivery management for project implementation or change requests.
