As the Team Lead for Relationship Managers, you will lead a team of Premier Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. You will be responsible for driving portfolio growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in wealth management, team leadership, and strategic execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Premier Relationship Managers to achieve sales and service excellence.
  • Drive acquisition and retention of high-net-worth clients through strategic relationship management.
  • Oversee the delivery of holistic financial solutions including wealth, investment, and protection products.
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs including revenue, client satisfaction, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, compliance, marketing) to enhance the Premier Banking proposition.
  • Ensure adherence to internal risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion a high-performance culture and foster a client-first mindset across the team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail or wealth banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of investment, insurance, and wealth management products.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and deliver results in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PCE, CEILI, FIMM) are preferred.
