Team Assistant

Job description


Following on from a highly successful launch in 2014 in Kuala Lumpur and due to our continued expansion, we are looking for Team Assistants to join our team with the duties as follows:
Job Responsibilities:
Consultant Support

  • Responsible to handle telephone calls to arrange meetings/interviews for Sales team at consultant's request and also general customer enquiries
  • Confirmation email to candidate
  • Brand or update formatted CVs
  • Submit candidates' profiles on portals


Database System Management

  • Create or update new candidate/client record in Bullhorn
  • Check and remove duplicate records in Bullhorn
  • Update candidate records such as uploading original CV, personal information and employment history in Bullhorn
  • Upload documents into candidate/client records in Bullhorn
  • Compliance check for placement approval
  • Assist in any other ad Hoc duties assigned by Team manager


The ideal candidate should have:

  • Preferably related past experiences at an agency setting
  • Independent with good follow up skills
  • Meticulous and pays attention to details
  • Candidates with no experience but are interested to explore a career in Recruitment are welcome to apply
