Talent Manager

We are looking for an experienced Talent Manager who will play a strategic role in driving the organization's talent development agenda. This role partners closely with the Learning & Development (L&D) team and leverages HR data analytics to build data-driven talent strategies that support employee growth, career development, and business performance.

Key responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Development: Develop and implement talent management frameworks including succession planning, high-potential (HiPo) programs, and career pathing.Collaborate with L&D to co-create and drive impactful learning programs aligned to business needs, Facilitate talent reviews and ensure follow-through of development plans and actions.

HR Data & Talent Analytic :Use HR data to provide insights on workforce trends, talent gaps, learning effectiveness, and development ROI. Develop dashboards and reports on talent metrics (e.g., internal mobility, turnover risk, bench strength).Leverage tools like Power BI, Excel, or HRIS to support decision-making on talent initiatives.

Performance & Succession Planning :Support annual performance management cycles, calibration sessions, and individual development plans (IDPs), Maintain and refine the 9-box talent matrix, ensuring data integrity and action tracking.

Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HR Business Partners and department heads to identify talent needs and provide solutions, Influence leadership teams on strategic talent actions using data-backed insights, Act as a talent advisor to guide managers on development planning and succession readiness.
