Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Management: Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
- Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and activities to senior management.
Key requirements for this role include:
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment
- Hands-on experience with career fairs and campus recruitment activities
- Strong ability to liaise with business partners, colleges, and universities to attract interns and fresh graduates
- Involvement in onboarding processes, employee engagement events, and company-wide activities
- Support administrative tasks when needed
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills in English
