Talent Acquisition Partner
Job description
Our client is an MNC manufacturing company, looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
- Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with CGPA 3.0 or above.
- At least 5 years of working experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools.
