Talent Acquisition Partner

Job description

Our client is an MNC manufacturing company, looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with CGPA 3.0 or above.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools.
