About Our Client

Our client is an established leader within the regional telecommunications sector, recognised for delivering innovative connectivity solutions. They are seeking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support them in their business expansion and hiring within Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to align talent needs with shifting business priorities, ensuring clarity on role requirements, workforce plans, and must‑have capabilities.
  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment from end to end - from intake, sourcing, assessments, all the way to offer acceptance - delivering a seamless and consistent candidate journey.
  • Drive strategic sourcing efforts through direct searches, referrals, networking, and market mapping, while tapping agencies only where it truly adds value.
  • Apply structured, competency‑based assessments to evaluate talent effectively, ensuring both capability and culture fit.
  • Provide market insights and talent intelligence on compensation, competitor hiring trends, and availability of niche skills to support business decision‑making.
  • Track, analyse, and optimise key TA metrics, identifying opportunities to refine hiring quality, speed, and overall candidate experience - and contribute to ongoing TA process improvements and team capability uplift.

Requirements

  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or similar.
  • Comes with at least 5 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, and relevant experience.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environments and handle a moderate hiring volume.
  • Proactive with a keen sense for learning, with strong stakeholder management skills.
