Talent Acquisition Manager

Job description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing coaching, mentoring, and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans and strategies.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of recruiters.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
