Our client provides customer service for their organisation in all of its locations throughout the world.

Key requirements:

• Create and update facility documentation at many abstraction layers (e.g., overview documents, rack plans, network plans, router/hardware configuration).
• Other office administrative activities are supported, including purchases, warranties, and renewals of new/used/broken equipment are taken care of.
• Assist with administration and maintenance to ensure that all of the company's equipment and services are running smoothly.
• Manage and maintain IP networks connecting many global sites, as well as coordinating network assistance with external communication service providers.

To qualify an individual must possess:

• Active Directory/Microsoft Deployment Toolkit for Desktops/Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol are all Microsoft technologies.
• Dockers/Kubernetes, VMware ESXi / vSphere, PROXMOX, or Linux KVM are all examples of virtualisation/containerisation.
• Hands-on experience with HP/DELL servers, SAN storage systems, and Software Defined Storage systems.
• Network topology, infrastructure, interworking, routing, IP security, switches, and routers are all part of IP networking.
