System Analyst (JAVA)

Our client is a well known financial services with MNC presence is currently expanding the IT tema by looking for Java System Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze system issues and define requirements to implement effective computer system solutions.

• Design, evaluate, and develop alternative workflows to identify the most efficient solution.

• Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions.

• Mentor and support junior developers in completing development tasks.

• Actively participate in Agile development cycles to meet sprint objectives.

• Translate requirements into functional solutions by diagnosing system problems and applying tested standards.

Key Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years experience in development or system analysis
• Good knowledge in Java and the frameworks
• Plus to have expeirence in fullstack development previously
• Good in gathering requirements, liasing with internal stakeholders and mediator between technical and non technical teams
• Good communication skills

Note : This role need technical experience in Java
