System Analyst, CRM

Job description

Requirements:

  • Define and document functional and technical specifications.
  • Support planning, development, and implementation of MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Lead requirements gathering, design, interface development, and security reviews.
  • Manage change requests and ensure compliance with IT standards.
  • Coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Ensure application features meet business, security, and performance needs.
  • Maintain system documentation and architecture diagrams.
  • Collaborate with testing teams on test strategy and execution.
  • Oversee release and change management activities.
  • Support deployment planning and impact analysis.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in software development and system analysis.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Skilled in requirements gathering and reviewing design documents.
  • Familiar with system integration across middleware, core systems, and CRM.
  • Experience in issue management and production support.
  • Functional knowledge in customer leads, onboarding, or wealth planning.
  • Banking domain experience is a plus.
