System Analyst, Adobe Campaign

Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end software development in marketing automation and data analytics, across projects, change requests and production fixes.
  • Analysing user requirements, designing solutions and maintain design documents.
  • Collaborate with Functional Business Analysts and Business Units to review solution documents prior to sign-off.
  • Create technical documentation, including functional and non-functional specification, design specification and training manuals.
  • Performing effort estimation and work closely with the production support team to conduct root cause analysis, review code and perform unit testing.
  • Design and develop applications based on change requests and project requirements.

Technical Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years experience with Adobe Campaign (including both on-premise and cloud components) is required.
  • Good to have: Adobe Analytics, Unica Campaign, SAS Marketing Automation, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with integration technologies like SMPP, Adobe SDK/API.
  • Experience with technologies for customaisation like Java, JavaScript, SQL.

Functional Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end solutioning in real time and batch campaign management.
  • Good domain knowledge in the Financial Services industry.
