SVP Trade Sales - Banking (FCSM)

Job description

  • Drive and implement the Trade strategy, including Trade product development, management, and overseeing the entire end-to-end process of complex products or product portfolios.
  • Identify and develop new Trade products or enhance existing ones to align with business opportunities, ensuring consistent growth in Trade revenues in line with the overall business strategy.
  • Act as the market expert for specific products, understanding market trends, economic factors, and customer needs. Develop an in-depth understanding of key target markets and industries ("know your customer").
  • Assess current market penetration and the bank's market share in the managed business area. Continuously monitor the business environment for opportunities to increase market share and respond to potential threats.
  • Identify market opportunities and translate them into new Trade products or enhancements to existing ones, aiming for a sustainable revenue stream. This involves creating a comprehensive business case, defining product features, assessing bottom-line impact, and evaluating necessary changes to internal operations and service delivery.
  • Manage product costs in collaboration with supporting units, ensuring effective cost dynamics for managed products.


  • Proven experience in Trade product management, including strategy development, market analysis, and successful product launches.
  • Experience in people leadership.
