Supply Planner

Our client, an established player in manufacuturing of food packaging, is seeking Supply Chain Management talents to join them as a Supply Planner.

Location: Based in Selangor, Klang

Job Description:

Your responsibilities include:

• Evaluate and reviews demand review, analyze and forecast for supply planning
• Plan operations to ensure optimal production and minimize bottlenecks
• Keep track on forecasting and safety stock analysis to ensure smooth materials supply and planning in meeting customer's requirement.
• Commit schedule and monitor daily output in order to meet schedule and achieve plan
• Liaise closely with material supplier to ensure there is no shortage to meet production output
• Coordinate with manager in resolving production planning and control issues

The Right Candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain related disciplines
• 5 to 8 years of experience in production planning, raw material planning within manufacturing, food/packaging industry is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Proficient knowledge in manual planning process
• Proficient use of Microsoft office tools, Oracle knowledge is an added advantage
