Supply Chain Manager (Manufacturing)

Job description

You will be joining a leading multinational in the high-tech manufacturing and healthcare sector, with strong global presence across APAC and Europe. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end operations for their Malaysia business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full spectrum of end-to-end supply chain activities including demand & supply planning, inventory management, warehouse, logistics, customs.

  • Drive monthly S&OP process with Commercial teams to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.

  • Optimize inventory and working capital while ensuring high service performance.

  • Oversee 3PL providers and ensure compliance, cost efficiency and operational excellence.

  • Ensure smooth cross-border operations and trade compliance.

  • Lead and develop a team of supply chain personnel, building a high-performance supply chain organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of end-to-end supply chain experience within manufacturing environments.

  • Strong experience in S&OP, demand planning and inventory optimization.

  • Solid exposure to warehouse and logistics operations (including 3PL management).

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain tools

  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage

  • Experience in regulated / ISO-driven environments preferred.
