Supply Chain Manager

This global logistics & SC MNC is looking to hire an analytical Supply Chain Manager to the team. Preferably from a FMCG or F&B background, this individual must be a strong communicator and customer-centric. This Supply Chain Manager will be leading the S&OP process and inventory planning, which includes forecasting, ordering and management of inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing a high performing inventory and promo planning team who will be responsible for demand forecasting, supply planning, sales trending analysis, supplier liaison and promo management
• Being accountable for the overall inventory and promo planning for 3 Distribution Centres in Peninsula Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak
• Actively support the Head of Supply Chain in carrying out the duties and improvement initiatives
• Will need to gather and analyse information for promotional trend analysis, scenarios simulation, projection calibration and planning the system setups
• Providing efficient communication to external and internal stakeholders on forecasting, contingency plans, costing and product constraints

Skills & Experience Required:

• Has a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the field
• Holding a Bachelor in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Solid knowledge and experience in SC Management and Planning Management
• Comes from a FMCG, F&B or a fast paced industry
• Must have forecasting and inventory planning experience
