Staff Data Scientist (Full Stack)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and leverage data opportunities to detect various financial crimes, including fraud, corruption, and medical claims abuse.
• Perform data mining, develop custom models and algorithms, and analyze data to enhance the detection and prevention of financial crime.
• Interpret model outputs to provide actionable insights and ensure continuous improvement in data collection and model performance.
• Coordinate with functional teams to implement and monitor models, ensuring effective and accurate detection of financial crime activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data science.
• Experiene in building machine learning models, data engineering and data visualization.
• Knowledge in programming languages such as Python, SQL, PowerBI.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
