A robust training framework is one of their core pillars in investing in their employees.They are looking for various positions across Senior & Junior - Business Development Executive / Key Account Managaer (Event Management / Marketing industry)

Job responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Collaborate with the project team to manage client interactions and engagements.
  • Foster and maintain client relationships for sustained business growth.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, partners and clientele.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to explore new markets.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnerships with clients and partners.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse individuals.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Total years of experience should be a minimum of 3 years of above
  • Good team player with ability take on work independently
  • Relevant experience or someone with huge experience to venture into Advisetising, Marketing or event management industry
  • Great english communication skills to handle regional and international clients or stakeholders when required
