Job Title: Specification Sales Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Specification Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specification sales within the construction chemical, resin flooring, or building material trade. This role involves promoting our brand, securing product specifications, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote our brand and secure product specifications from architects, engineers, designers, developers, owners, and other decision-makers.
• Conduct weekly presentations to architects, civil engineering consultants, interior designers, and developers.
• Build strong rapport with architects, civil engineering consultants, interior designers, and developers.
• Gather and expand new prospects to increase the company's market share.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to implement a series of marketing campaigns and seminars in both private and government sectors.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure specified projects remain unchanged until orders are secured.
• Gather advance information from architects and developers regarding new project developments and building refurbishments.

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in specification sales within the construction chemical, resin flooring, or building material trade.
• Proven strong track record of success, including the ability to secure specification works.
• Highly goal-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of construction market trends and industry developments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Must be willing to travel within Malaysia.
