Source to Pay Junior Analyst

Our client's aims to deliver service excellence through technological innovations within their Global Business Services in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Junior Source-to-Pay Tech Analyst.

As a pioneering member of the function, you will support a team of technical experts to produce the best practices for Source to Pay solutions.

Job Description:

As a Junior S2P Tech Analyst, your responsibilities include:

* Understand and master the Target Operating Model set by the Platform Lead in accordance to SLA
* Support each Business Unit related to system configuration and maintain master data processes
* Analyse and report deep technical analysis for system related issues and queries to drive continuous improvements
* Work closely with cross functioning teams on change requests, improvements and release management activities.


The Right Candidate will possess:

* 2-3 years of working experience in a centralized Shared Service environment, procurement/IT backgrounds preferred
* Source-to-pay system proficiency, Coupa/SAP/Oracle preferred
* Good communicative skills and a high level of initiative to adopt and drive changes.
