A well established multinational tech consulting firm is hiring Solution Delivery Manager to manage all relevant CRM projects in the region.

The Solution Delivery Manager will be assigned to manage the CRM division that includes projects related to Microsoft Dynamics, Pega and Salesforce.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Involved in the strategic planning, roadmapping, architecture design, development and enhancement projects as per client's requirements
  • Translates complex requirements into relevant solution design
  • Provides functional and technical expertise for prototype conceptualization and cloud implementation
  • Working closely with other technical team members to provide support on project plans and completion of tasks
  • Delivers engaging client presentations

Essential Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or any relevant disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experince in external tech consulting environment, working on CRM solution design and delivery
  • Exposed to resource management, senior stakeholder engagement, and technical delivery for mid to large scale projects
  • Exposure to banking and fin tech industries is a must
  • Agile Scrum, PMP, TOGAF or ITIL certified
  • MCSA: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pega or Salesforce Certification
  • Strong presentation skliis in English
